Things to note.

1. When replacing the protective lens, the lens must be held sideways and must not touch the mirror surface.

2. Check the sealing ring. If the sealing ring is loose or aged, it needs to be replaced in time.

3. Avoid ventilation and turn off fans and other ventilation equipment in the factory to prevent dust from falling on the lenses. Before replacing the lens, you should first observe the surrounding environment and complete the preparations before replacing the lens, such as wiping the dust on the machine and wiping the dust around the cutting head.

Prevents the fine dust falling due to vibration from staining the lens. Do not curl. It is very important to follow regular procedures and replace accessories carefully. The key is to prevent lens contamination from causing rough cutting surfaces and reducing process cutting quality, thus affecting production.

4. After the new lens is installed, the protective lens should be checked regularly and cleaned and replaced in time.

5. When purchasing protective lenses, be sure to choose original lenses.
