1. Introduction to laser welding machine 

Laser welding machine is a technology that uses a high-power laser beam as a heat source to locally heat the surface of the weldment to melt it, and weld two or more materials together under a certain pressure. It has the advantages of fine welding seams, small welding deformation, and high welding quality. 2. Principle of lithium battery laser welding machine 

Lithium battery laser welding machine uses the high energy density of the laser beam and the strictly controlled focus position to instantly heat the battery sheet weld, melting and solidifying the material, thereby achieving high-quality welding.

The heating process of lithium battery laser welding machine  is mainly divided into two stages: instant heating and heat conduction. First, the laser beam is irradiated near the lithium battery electrode sheet, causing local thermal expansion. Then it quickly rises above the melting point, and the electrode sheet material begins to melt. Then, the high-temperature molten pool gradually solidifies under the heating of the laser beam, completing the formation of the weld.
