Linear Accuracy Standard

1. The bending linear deviation should not exceed 1/100 of the plate thickness, and the maximum should not exceed 0.5mm;
2. The verticality of the end face of the plate bending part should not be greater than 1/100 of the plate thickness, and the maximum should not exceed 0.5mm;
3. The measurement error of the bending center line should be less than 0.5mm;
4. By adjusting the precision of the milling cutter, upper die, lower die and other components of the bending machine, the above accuracy requirements can be achieved.
