Ⅰ. Introduction to the structure of pure electric bending machine

A pure electric bending machine is a device that is driven by an electric motor and moves up and down through the lower die to bend the workpiece into the required shape. It has the following structural components:

1. Upper die: The upper die is located on the slide block of the machine tool and is used to extrude and bend the workpiece.

2. Lower mold: The lower mold is located on the workbench of the machine tool and is used to support and fix the workpiece so that the upper mold can bend the workpiece.

3. Motor: The motor drives the upper mold to move up and down to complete the bending process of the workpiece.

4. Swing arm: It is a key component that can move the workbench forward and backward, and can also change the installation method of the workpiece to meet the processing requirements of different workpieces.

5. Control system: The control system realizes precise control and operation of the pure electric bending machine by adjusting the parameters of the motor, commanding the walking system, adjusting the position of the upper mold, etc.



. Working principle of pure electric bending machine

The working principle of the pure electric bending machine is very simple. It bends the workpiece into the required shape through the action of the lower die and the upper die. When working, the workpiece is placed above the lower mold, the lower mold supports the workpiece, and the upper mold presses the workpiece downward to achieve bending of the workpiece.

Through the rotation of the motor, the upper mold is driven upward or downward to complete the forward and backward movement of the workbench and the processing of the workpiece. Among them, the movement of the swing arm can make the worktable move forward and backward to meet the processing of workpieces of different lengths. The control system realizes precise control and operation of the pure electric bending machine by adjusting the positions and parameters of the motor and other components.

Pure electric bending machines are widely used in the metal processing industry, especially in the production of automobile casings, metal pipes, building materials, etc., and their applications are becoming more and more widespread.
